Feedback and Complaints Procedure


At OIS, we strive to attend to our customers promptly and with the utmost courtesy.

To maintain and improve on our high standard of services, your feedback is important to us. We would be most grateful to hear what in your view we are doing right. More importantly though, we would like to hear what you think we are doing wrong, should our standards fall short of your expectations.
We maintain a complaint log which is held at our OIS Limited, Kokoma Close address and available to view upon request.

You can also register your complaint with our customer services relationship team by calling 08174477018, Monday to Friday between 9.00am to 5:00pm excluding public holidays.
When making a complaint, please provide your name, how best to contact you, and a detailed description of your complaint.
OIS takes every complaint seriously. We aim to respond to your complaint within 5 working days.
